Tadd Sponseller , Pastor of the OTSEGO United Methodist Church in New Concord, Ohio USA is currently preaching in Migori, Kenya with Pastor Boniface. We pray the Lord will bless the meetings there and that many will come to know Jesus. Tadd's brother, Eric, has gone home to be with the Lord on Oct. 18th.  We are praying for the Lord's strength for Tadd and the Sponseller Famly in their time of loss.  Let's hold them up in prayer!

HOPE CHILDREN'S HOME The orphans are due to finish their school year at the end of this month. (July 2017) Only those, whose school fees are paid, can take the final exams. To help each child overcome the challenges of their early lives,  Migori Missions has currently taken in 108 orphans. Each child is separately listed and pictured here on the website. Food, clothing, and a safe place to sleep are the first priorities. They are taught the Word of God and  some are schooled when money is available for school fees.  I would ask ...because the Lord has blessed you...would you consider giving back by helping one of these children? You can sponsor a child by making a monthly donation of  $30.00 , or give a one time donation to help with their school fees.  Go to the Donate page..... click on Sponsor a  Child, (each child is pictured individually.) February 2024 Update

Greetings Friends, Last year was a very exciting year for Migori! The Lord has done a quick work way beyond any of our imaginations. Late in the fall of 2022 we were informed that the Government in Kenya gave us just a few short months to build an updated church on our land.  In October of 2022, Boniface made an emergency trip to the USA to seek help for constructing a new building before our land would be taken. As Boniface was preaching and visiting different churches , the governing surveyors in Migori were sent to measure the ground, anticipating the forfeiture. Needless to say time was running out and we still had no solution. Then…. came the “Day of the Miracle” needed to save the property! By late November the funds came! All Glory to the Lord who made it possible as only He can. Boniface quickly returned to get the building underway!  During Boniface’s visit in November of 2022…unknown to us….another Miracle was in the works in tandem with the Building Miracle. Back To School 2018

Our orphans are back to school for the start of 2018 new year! Please consider helping us provide for school fees and meals.                                Lunch Time         Our Elderly Widows Christmas Dinner 2017 We love our ladies!   We want to express our sincere thanks and gratitude to our sponsors for their support. Last year many orphans and elderly widows were fed and clothed. All had the Word of God presented to them and were given the opportunity to receive Christ as their Savior!
