Bishop Boniface & Wife Hilda in USA

Bishop Boniface and his Wife Hilda Abanga were visiting Ohio this summer and sharing the news of what God has done in Migori Kenya.

They stayed with Migori Missions Board President Patrick Matheny and his wife Kathy. Boniface and Hilda visited many of our sponsoring churches throughout their stay.

While the Abangas were in the USA, we received devastating news that our clinic in Migori Town had burned down when the city block caught fire. One of our church members in Migori was killed in the fire. We pray for his family.

Boniface and Hilda have since returned home and continue the work on the new church building wall, the water project, and now have begun to work on the second season planting at the Rosser farm.

We are so blessed to be a part of the ministry with such wonderful people and look forward to seeing them again soon!

HELP A CHILD WHO CAN'T REPAY YOU!

HOPE CHILDREN'S HOME The orphans are due to finish their school year at the end of this month. (July 2017) Only those, whose school fees are paid, can take the final exams. To help each child overcome the challenges of their early lives, Migori Missions has currently taken in 108 orphans. Each child is separately listed and pictured here on the website. Food, clothing, and a safe place to sleep are the first priorities. They are taught the Word of God and some are schooled when money is available for school fees. I would ask ...because the Lord has blessed you...would you consider giving back by helping one of these children? You can sponsor a child by making a monthly donation of $30.00 , or give a one time donation to help with their school fees. February 2024 Update

Greetings Friends, Last year was a very exciting year for Migori! The Lord has done a quick work way beyond any of our imaginations. Late in the fall of 2022 we were informed that the Government in Kenya gave us just a few short months to build an updated church on our land. In October of 2022, Boniface made an emergency trip to the USA to seek help for constructing a new building before our land would be taken. As Boniface was preaching and visiting different churches , the governing surveyors in Migori were sent to measure the ground, anticipating the forfeiture. Needless to say time was running out and we still had no solution. Then…. came the “Day of the Miracle” needed to save the property! By late November the funds came! All Glory to the Lord who made it possible as only He can. Boniface quickly returned to get the building underway! During Boniface’s visit in November of 2022…unknown to us….another Miracle was in the works in tandem with the Building Miracle. Donations began
